Helium balloons won’t fly with us
We’re a Pro Environment Balloon Alliance (PEBA) member and we don’t support or facilitate the deliberate release of helium balloons. Any balloons we do stock come with a care card so you know how to safely dispose of your balloons.
Although we do always try to keep all our balloons in stock, there will be the odd occasion where we are not able to supply the exact balloon you have ordered.
If this is the case, we will try and contact you. In the event of not being able to reach you, our friendly staff will select a similar equivalent item to replace the unavailable stock
