What happens if I give the wrong address?

We will do our best to redirect the arrangement to the correct address, however, an additional fee may apply and same day delivery may not be possible. Please phone Mater Florist  07 3163 1855  as soon as possible if you need to change delivery details.

Can I send flowers to the Qld Children’s Hospital? (Formally Lady Cilento)

Please be aware the Qld Children’s Hospital is a pollen free environment, and as such, does NOT accept deliveries of fresh flowers because they are a potential source of allergens, dirt and insects, all of which may be harmful to a seriously ill patient.

Can I send balloons to the Qld Children’s Hospital? (Formally Lady Cilento)

Latex balloons are not allowed anywhere in the hospital because some of their patients may have latex allergies. Deliveries of latex balloons to the hospital will not be accepted. Mylar and other non-latex balloons for patients are always welcome.

Can all areas of the hospitals accept fresh flowers?

No, unfortunately not all areas can accept fresh flowers, these include the Intensive Care, Coronary Care, Special Care Units and Oncology areas and also Qld Children’s Hospital.  As alternatives, we have many other beautiful gifts to send, such as candles, balloons, toys and chocolates for hospital patients.

What if no one is home or they have been discharged from hospital?

If the recipient is not home, our drivers will leave the order outside the house where they deem safe.

We confirm the bed and ward with the hospital before every orders leaves our shop, if in the instance they have already been discharged we will contact you for a home delivery address (extra delivery payment required).

Can I pick up instore?

Yes, pick up is available from 627 Stanley Street, Woolloongabba.  Please allow a two-hour lead time for collections.

Can I leave a personalised message with my order?
